Rules
Terms and Conditions of Service
Scope of Services
We provide cryptocurrency exchange services, facilitating the exchange of digital assets through various payment systems and banking institutions listed on our website. Our platform allows users to buy, sell, and trade cryptocurrencies in a secure and compliant manner.
Non-Banking Operations
We do not provide interbank exchange services or any other traditional banking operations. Our services are strictly limited to the exchange of digital currencies and related activities as outlined on our website.
Legitimacy of Funds
To conduct an exchange, the User must transfer digital tokens from their own electronic wallet. The User must guarantee that the sources of funds used are legitimate and comply with our KYT (Know Your Transaction) policy. Users are required to ensure that all transactions are free from any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism.
Prohibition of Illegal Activities
Users must confirm that they are not involved in money laundering operations, do not receive income from any criminal or terrorist activities, do not receive income from transactions with countries prohibited by international organizations, and do not receive income from any other illegal activities. This provision is intended to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to prevent the legalization of income obtained through unlawful means.
Jurisdictional Restrictions
We do not provide services to Users who are citizens, residents, or tax residents of the United States of America or any other country where such services would violate applicable laws and regulations. This includes compliance with international tax laws, which require companies to report certain transactions involving foreign citizens and residents.
Sanctioned and High-Risk Jurisdictions
We reserve the right to deny cryptocurrency exchange services to Users located in or associated with countries sanctioned by the United Nations Security Council, as well as other countries that appear on our internal list of "sanctioned countries." This list includes countries where conducting business is complicated due to international sanctions, restrictions, or other legal and compliance factors. We will determine these countries in accordance with applicable legislative acts and international norms.
User Responsibility for Accurate Information
Users are required to provide accurate and truthful information when using our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any transaction if false, misleading, or incomplete information is detected, or if there is any suspicion of illegal or fraudulent activity.
Compliance with Legal Requirements
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency exchange and other services provided by us. We may request additional information or documentation from Users to verify compliance with these requirements.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service to any User without providing a reason. This may include but is not limited to cases where the User's activities pose a high risk to our compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of our services, except as expressly stated in our policies. Users acknowledge that the cryptocurrency market is volatile and involves risks, and they agree to use our services at their own risk.
Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to regularly review the Terms to stay informed of any changes.
For any questions or concerns regarding the use of our services, please contact us at support@nimlab.eu.
