Exchange Procedure

Initiation of Exchange

The exchange process begins once we receive funds from the User and is typically completed within 3 business days or 72 hours, whichever is sooner. If we are unable to conduct the exchange within this timeframe, the User may request a refund.

Order Timing

If the funds from the User are not received within the specified time frame indicated in the order, the order will be automatically canceled.

Restoring Canceled Orders

The User has the option to restore an automatically canceled order within 24 hours of its registration in our system. If the User fails to make the payment within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to recalculate the exchange rate to the current rate at the time of processing.

Completion of Exchange

The exchange is considered complete once the funds are transferred to the account or wallet specified by the User.

Cancellation of Initiated Exchanges

Once an exchange has been initiated, the User cannot cancel the transaction.

Discrepancies in Transferred Amounts

If the amount received from the User differs from the amount specified in the order, we may suspend the exchange, and the order may be marked as erroneous. Such orders may be processed with a delay of up to 1 business day. Additionally, if the amount received is below the minimum payout specified on our website, an additional fee may be applied for processing the exchange manually at the rate applicable at the time of handling by our operator, with an additional service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD).

Additional Confirmation and Card Payments

We reserve the right to request additional verification of the cardholder’s identity and any other relevant information to ensure the security and compliance of the transaction. Card payments may be processed in multiple transactions due to restrictions imposed by the receiving or sending bank. These measures are in place to comply with banking regulations and ensure the successful completion of the payment.

Invalid or Blocked Payment Details

If the User provides invalid or blocked payment details, the exchange will be terminated and marked as “Erroneous.” The User must provide correct payment details to customer support, including the order number and a screenshot confirming the transfer to the originally specified details. The exchange will then be processed manually at the rate applicable at the time of processing, with an additional service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD).

Refund Procedure

Refunds to the User’s account will be processed within 3 business days of the User’s request, only if we are unable to complete the exchange. Refund issuance is strictly limited to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction; alternate payment methods cannot be accommodated for refund processing. We may request additional information to verify and confirm the original payment method. In such cases, an additional service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD) of the exchange amount, along with any fixed commission of the payment system, will be deducted. A minimum amount requirement for refunds also applies; if the refund amount is less than the required minimum, the User must send the difference to complete the refund.

Third-Party Payments

Third-party payments are strictly prohibited, and any such transactions will be blocked. For refunds of third-party payments, we reserve the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification of the third party involved. Engaging in third-party payments may result in the blocking of your account and the suspension of services. Additionally, a service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD) will be charged for processing refunds of such payments.

Funds Received for Canceled Orders

If funds are received for a canceled order, the exchange will not be made automatically. In such cases, the order may be processed manually, which may result in a delay of up to 1 business day. Additionally, an extra service fee may be applied for processing the order at the exchange rate valid at the time of handling by the operator, with an additional service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD).

Split Payments

If the User pays for an order through multiple transactions instead of one, the exchange will not be automatically processed. The User must contact customer support, and the exchange will be handled manually at the rate applicable at the time of processing, with an additional service fee of 5% (minimum 5 USD).

Cryptocurrency Transaction Confirmation

The number of confirmations required for a cryptocurrency transaction may vary depending on the chosen currency and its network. We are not responsible for the speed of transaction processing or confirmations in the cryptocurrency network.

Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with an exchange with us, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Unidentified or Unclaimed Funds

If funds are received in our accounts or wallets without a corresponding order, for expired or canceled orders, or from an unidentified sender who has not contacted us via official email (support@nimlab.eu) within one month of the funds being credited, the funds will be considered under our control.

Manual Exchange Processing

For manual exchanges involving an operator, the processing time for the order may take up to 1 business day or 24 hours.
