Transactions to incorrect accounts due to User error are not subject to cancellation or refund. Third-Party Actions

We are not liable for actions or errors by banks, payment systems, or other third parties, including delays or failures that affect transactions. Any costs incurred due to errors or delays in electronic transfers or payments, including network or processing issues, are beyond our control.

User’s Responsibility

The User confirms they are the legal owner or have the legal right to use the funds involved in exchange operations. Users accept full responsibility for any disputes or claims arising from the use of third-party funds.

Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website, and Users are advised to review the Agreement regularly to stay informed.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for non-performance or delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, wars, fires, explosions, terrorist acts, floods, riots, hacker attacks, and mass civil unrest. This also includes failures in electricity supply, internet access, communication services, or other critical systems and networks.
