Recalculating Exchange Rates Rules
Our service offers two types of exchange rates for cryptocurrency trading:
Fixed Rate (FIXED)
The rate is fixed at the time of order creation and remains unchanged for a certain period (e.g., 30 minutes).
Fixation Conditions:
The rate is fixed after your order is received.
The required number of network confirmations depends on the chosen cryptocurrency and is usually specified at the initial stage when creating an order.
The rate can only be fixed if the payment is made within the allotted time; this time may vary depending on the specific exchange direction.
The rate may be adjusted if the price changes by more than 1% or if a stablecoin loses its peg to the base asset.
Floating Rate (FLOAT)
The rate fluctuates depending on market conditions.
Fixation Conditions:
The rate is recalculated if it changes by more than 0.1% up or down.
The maximum increase or decrease in the rate is limited to 100% of the initial rate.
The rate is fixed after your payment is received and the required network confirmations are obtained (the number of confirmations depends on the chosen cryptocurrency and is usually specified at the initial stage when creating an order).
Despite receiving the required number of confirmations, processing may take up to 15 minutes due to checks, network congestion, or operational features.
Important Information:
The rate is fixed only after the payment is credited and the required network confirmations are obtained.
If the payment is blocked due to high risk, the exchange will be recalculated at the moment when the transaction successfully passes verification.
The company is not responsible for delays or rate changes caused by market conditions or technical issues.
By using our service, you automatically agree to these terms.
The rate is based on data from the Whitebit exchange.
